The Role & Campuses

Our Brisbane Campuses are looking to welcome full-time ECT qualified Early Childhood Teachers with at least two years of full-time post-accreditation work experience who will get the opportunity to work with friendly, supportive and fun teams. This opportunity is for a Teacher level 1-5 (Teacher Award) and we offer $78,882 - $109.154 depending on your level and experience. You can see our Campus locations on our website, www.oac.edu.au.

Only About Children's early learning Campuses have been designed to inspire 0–6-year-olds to grow, learn and discover. Spanning across three levels with age-specific learning environments, the Campuses have an open, but intimate feeling. The playgrounds and resources are designed to facilitate the latest and most interactive designs to ensure a fun and entertaining time for our children.

Key Duties

Planning and implementing the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's developmentMaintaining ongoing records of the children's development, program and daily informationAssisting with daily room tasks – e.g. activity preparation and mealtimesAssuring the high quality of services in consideration of the National Quality StandardsEnsuring compliance with relevant Government RegulationsGuiding team members with their professional development, individual goals and performance.

Requirements Of The Role

A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved teaching qualificationsMinimum two years full-time work experienceExperience in planning and implementing the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's developmentStrong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLFEffective implementation of pedagogy in your teaching practiceValid employee Working with Children Check number
