About the Role
As a Customer Experience Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service while supporting our sales and operations teams. You'll play an important role in creating positive customer experiences and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards Paramount Liquor is known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Managing customer enquiries and providing timely resolutions
- Building strong relationships with customers across the hospitality and liquor industries
- Working closely with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintaining accurate customer records and order information
- Identifying opportunities to improve service and support customer success
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative and high-performing team environment
