The Opportunity

We're offering a Landscape Maintenance Apprenticeship (Parks and Gardens) for someone looking to start a career in horticulture or landscaping. You'll work alongside experienced tradespeople, learning on the job while completing your qualification, and gaining the skills to become a skilled landscape professional.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with day-to-day landscape maintenance works under supervision

• Learning turf and garden bed maintenance techniques

• Gaining hands-on experience with irrigation systems

• Learning safe and effective pest and weed control methods

• Working as part of a team on a variety of sites and projects

• Completing your trade qualification (e.g. Certificate II/III in Horticulture, Parks and Gardens or Landscape Construction) alongside on-the-job training

• Learning to work safely, efficiently and to a high standard

About You

We're looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable and takes genuine pride in their work. You'll ideally bring:

• No experience necessary — just a genuine interest in horticulture, landscaping or the outdoors

• A willingness to learn and take on feedback

• A hardworking, reliable attitude with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• A current driver's licence

• A commitment to safety and quality on every job
