This is an exciting opportunity join Perpetual Wealth Management in the role of Regional Property Manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of property assets to a high and professional standard, delivering superior client service and expert property advice, ensuring all trustee obligations and operational activities are met in a timely manner and in compliance with legislation and Perpetual policies.

About the role

Join our dynamic team at Perpetual Wealth Management. As a Regional Property Manager you will:

• Manage a portfolio of properties to a high and professional standard.

• Provide expert property advice and deliver solutions.

• Arrange and manage preventative and reactive maintenance requirements via outsourced service providers.

• Manage property compliance programs of portfolio.

• Manage build/construction/renovation works for portfolio through internal and external service providers.

• Provide superior client service.

About you

We’re looking for someone with:

• Relevant tertiary or industry qualifications (Property or Real Estate)

• Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in Property

• Working knowledge of property assets and industry across all asset classes

• Strong relationship management, communication skills, both written and oral

• Strong attention to detail and compliance
