About the Role

Are you a passionate leader looking to make a lasting impact? Eternal Disability Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to lead our team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, lead a team of support workers and coordinators/supervisors, and ensure our services remain compliant with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards. You’ll be the bridge between strategic growth and frontline care.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and empathy.
• Compliance: Ensure all services meet NDIS Practice Standards, including audit preparation and incident management.
• Participant Outcomes: Oversee the development and implementation of tailored support plans that truly empower our participants.
• Operations: Manage rostering, budgets, and reporting to ensure the sustainability of service delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with participants, families, and Support Coordinators.
• SIL site oversight & Relationship Management: Travel to various Supported Independent Living (SIL) houses to ensure high standards of property maintenance, participant safety, and strong positive relationships

What You’ll Bring

To be successful in this role, you’ll need a deep understanding of the NDIS landscape and a "people-first" mindset.

• Experience: Strong leadership experience in the disability, community, or aged care sectors and demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage service delivery across multiple sites. Candidates with previous team leader or supervisory experience in the NDIS sector are encouraged to apply.

• Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of the NDIS Act, Quality & Safeguards Framework, and Price Guide.

• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex conversations with grace.

• Qualifications: A Diploma or Degree in Community Services, Disability, or a related field (world be preferred).

• Compliance Essentials: Current Australian Driver’s Licence and relevant clearances (NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, Police Check
