Based in Hobart, Tasmania, this role is responsible for delivering high-quality valuation reports across a diverse range of commercial asset classes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with client and lender expectations.

Strong communication skills are essential, enabling you to drive smooth and efficient outcomes for clients while proactively managing business opportunities and working toward the achievement of personal annual budgets.

This position has a strong operational focus and requires the ability to build, develop and maintain positive, productive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

We are seeking a driven professional who combines strong residential valuation expertise with excellent communication and business development skills.

You bring a well established client network and a strong commitment to professional development, along with:

• A Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications

• CPV status with significant experience in residential valuations

• Strong attention to detail, with excellent report writing and analytical skills

• Outstanding customer service and stakeholder communication abilities
