ROLE 1 - Entry Level Leasing Agent 

What you'll be doing

• Routine Inspections

• Open houses (both mid-week and Saturday - Saturday hours in attract time in lieu)

• Communicate with prospective renters.

• Make follow-up calls to potential renters after property inspections.

• Review and process rental applications.

• Organise and plan the weekly schedule for open for inspections.

• Screen applicants by reviewing applications, performing background checks, and verifying references.

• Use Property Tree and other systems 

ROLE 2 - Senior Property Manager

What you'll be doing 

• Providing comprehensive property management support to our team of Property Managers

• Assisting with the day-to-day operations of residential properties, including renter inquiries, rental payments, maintenance coordination and inspections

• Conducting property viewings and liaising with prospective and current renters

• Preparing and processing leases, condition reports and other property management documentation

• Maintaining detailed and accurate property and renter records

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in residential property management and/or leasing

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

• Thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and relevant property management legislation

• Proficient in using property management software and databases

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask

• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and achieving positive outcomes for rental providers and renters.
