AAA Education and Migration Consultant The Mountain Entertainment group T/A Raven's Point is looking for a Retail Manager who will oversee the day-to-day retail, takeaway and fast-food operations of Raven’s Point, ensuring efficient business performance, excellent customer service and effective team management. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Manage daily takeaway, fast-food and customer-facing retail operations.

Supervise, train and coordinate staff, including preparing rosters and allocating duties. Monitor sales, customer orders, POS transactions and daily revenue. Manage food, packaging and retail inventory, including stock ordering and stock control.

Liaise with suppliers and coordinate purchasing to maintain appropriate stock levels. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability. Manage online takeaway and delivery orders and ensure timely order fulfilment.

Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints. Monitor staff performance and assist with recruitment and training. Coordinate daily opening, closing and operational procedures.

Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety and business requirements. Monitor wastage, operating costs and inventory to improve business efficiency. Assist with budgeting, reporting and business planning.

Maintain a clean, safe and professional customer and workplace environment. Implement operational improvements to enhance customer experience and business growth.
