About the Role
The Disability Support Leader (Team Leader) will lead a team of Disability Support Workers and supervise client service delivery within community access and in home support services predominantly across Perth South Metro.
To be successful in this role you will have experience supporting people with disability with a range of support needs as well as leadership experience in the disability sector with a focus on strength-based practice and person-centred support.
This is a 12-month full-time position which will require travel to services across Perth South Metro, 2 days in our Leederville office and some hybrid work from home.
