What We’re Looking For
As a Registered Nurse at Lakeview, you’ll support patients throughout their withdrawal and recovery journey, providing safe, individualised and evidence-based care.
Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you’ll:
Complete clinical assessments, care planning and patient observations.Provide withdrawal management and medication administration.Support case management and care coordination.Build trusting therapeutic relationships with patients.Use motivational interviewing and brief interventions to support recovery.Recognise and respond to changing clinical needs.

About You
Are you a compassionate, resilient and motivated Registered Nurse who builds trust and engages with patients in a calm, respectful and non-judgemental way.
You’ll bring strong communication skills, a willingness to learn and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Previous drug and alcohol experience is not essential—we’re looking for nurses who are passionate about developing their skills and making a positive difference
Essential Criteria
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
