Aftermarket Sales Consultant – Car Care

About the role

As an Aftermarket Sales Consultant, you will work with customers who have purchased a new or used vehicle from one of our dealerships, introducing them to a range of products designed to protect and enhance their new vehicle. You will be trained to professionally present and sell products including window tinting, paint protection, interior protection, dash cameras, vehicle protection packages and other Car Care products and accessories. The role is focused on understanding each customer's needs, explaining the benefits of the available products and helping them select the protection options that are right for their vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Speaking with customers following their vehicle purchase

• Presenting Car Care and vehicle protection products

• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products

• Following up sales opportunities by phone and email

• Preparing customer orders and documentation

• Coordinating sold products with dealership and Car Care teams

• Building strong relationships with dealership sales teams

• Working towards individual and department sales targets

• Providing a professional and positive customer experience
