The Opportunity

Reporting to the Graphic Design Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering creative assets that support both marketing and sales initiatives across Noumi's portfolio of brands. Working across multiple channels, you'll take projects from concept through to final artwork, ensuring every design is visually engaging, on-brand and delivered to a high standard.

No two days are the same, with the opportunity to work across:

• Packaging artwork and 3D renders

• Point of Sale (POS) campaigns and promotional material

• Digital and social media content (static and animated)

• Marketing collateral for print and digital platforms

• Infographics, presentations and visual storytelling

• Logo development, concepts and brand mock-ups

• Trade show and event materials

• New product launches and brand campaigns

What you’ll bring

You'll be a highly organised and creative designer who enjoys balancing multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

• 3-5 years' experience in a Graphic Design or Digital Design role, ideally within FMCG, retail or consumer brands.

• Advanced skills across the Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, digital and print design.

• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, branding and visual communication.

• Experience preparing artwork for print and working with production suppliers.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
