As a Customer Service Officer at our Brisbane branch, you’ll:

• Manage daily rental operations smoothly and professionally

• Drive sales through excellent service and smart selling

• Build strong, lasting relationships with our valued customers

• Help maintain Simba Car Hire as the go-to car rental provider in Brisbane

As a Car Cleaner/Shuttle Driver at our Brisbane branch, you’ll:

• Pay attention to detail.

• Wash and clean the outside of vehicles.

• Vacuum and clean the inside of vehicles.

• Move and park vehicles safely around the branch.

• Keep the cleaning area and yard tidy.

• Follow all company policies and workplace safety procedures.

• Use cleaning equipment and products safely.

• Assist with other branch duties as required by management.

• Work independently and as part of a team.

• Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence.

• Confident, reliable, and customer-service obsessed

• Sales-savvy with a results-driven mindset (no sales experience needed!)

• Great communicator with a can-do attitude

• Keen to grow in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
