Rigger - Shutdown

Wood is urgently seeking an Intermediate/Advanced Rigger preferably with a background in the oil and gas (or mining) industry - for a Phosphate Hill Shutdown commencing ASAP.

The Phosphate Hill shutdown is for approximately 4 weeks. This will be followed shortly after by a Shutdown in July based at Lytton in Brisbane for a number of weeks (if you choose to do both).

Please note the flight to site will be departing out of Brisbane.

At this time we will only consider applications from Australian citizens or those with the required permit/VISA for this region, in place.

• You will have proven maintenance experience in heavy industry environments
• Safety Construction card
• Minimum requirement is an Intermediate Rigging ticket
• Confined Space ticket (issued within past 3 years)
• Working at Heights ticket (issued within past 3 years)
• Current EWP
• Current Driver’s licence.

A pre-employment medical will need to be conducted this week, along with reference checks.
