Following an internal promotion, we’re seeking a Credit Analyst to join our high-performing team. You’ll be part of an inclusive environment that values collaboration, backed by leaders committed to client success and your professional growth.

Support Relationship Managers in delivering exceptional outcomes for clients across diverse industries and sectors. You’ll play a critical role in assessing risk and structuring deals that help businesses thrive.

• Undertake detailed financial modelling and credit analysis to assess lending proposals
• Prepare high-quality credit submissions and recommendations for complex transactions
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and product specialists to deliver tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate client and industry data to support strategic decision-making
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide timely reporting and insights

• Strong experience in credit analysis within commercial or business banking
• Proven ability to interpret financial statements, assess cash flow drivers, and structure loans and security
• Exceptional written communication skills with a flair for preparing credit papers
• Ability to thrive in a complex, deadline-driven environment and communicate confidently at all levels
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance or accounting essential, with progress towards CA/CPA highly regarded
