Sentinel Property Group is seeking a high-calibre Head of Clients and Capital to join our growing Funds Management team

The Role As the Head of Clients & Capital, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving Sentinel Property Group’s growth by leading capital raising, investor relations, and client engagement strategies. Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will develop and strengthen relationships with wholesale investors, financial advisers, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional investors while identifying new capital opportunities.

You will also oversee investor communications, ensuring the delivery of clear, timely, and insightful information to the market. Leading a high-performing team across investor relations, research, and sales, you will help shape and execute strategies that support Sentinel’s long-term growth and investment objectives.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in investor relations, capital raising, funds management, or real estate investment, with a strong track record of raising capital from wholesale investors and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a deep understanding of property funds, asset management, investor engagement, and capital markets.
• Demonstrated success in developing investor strategies, launching investment products, and building long-term relationships with advisers, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex investment information clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
• A strategic and collaborative leadership style, with experience partnering with senior executives and mentoring teams to achieve business growth objectives.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline, coupled with the confidence to represent the business at industry events and investor forums.

What You’ll Do

• Lead capital raising initiatives and build strong relationships with existing and prospective wholesale investors, including advisers, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional investors.
• Drive investor engagement through compelling communications, presentations, fund reporting, and marketing collateral that support fundraising and strengthen investor confidence.
• Represent Sentinel at investor meetings, roadshows, and industry events, helping to grow the business’s profile and attract new capital. \Lead and mentor a high-performing Investor Relations, Research, and Sales team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and exceptional client service.
• Partner with senior leadership and key business units to identify investment opportunities, align capital strategies, and support Sentinel’s continued growth and expansion.
