About the role

NEW CARE SERVICES LTD is seeking dedicated Home Maintenance staff to join our team in the Perth Northern Suburbs. The roles are casual of nature, offering flexible work arrangements to fit your lifestyle. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the grounds and gardens of the home of our MAC, NDIS and DVA clients.

• The expected working hours will be 10-20 hours per week!

• Start date 7th September, 2026.

What you'll be doing

1. Cleaning of gutters, external and internal windows, ceiling fans, air conditioning split system units

2. Internal and external window cleaning

3. Lawn mowing

4. Minor home maintenance

5. Replacement of light bulbs

6. Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in gardens, landscaping, home maintenance or similar preferably with own equipment and car

2. Strong practical skills and a keen eye for detail

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

4. Excellent time management and organisational skills

5. Commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining a high standard of work.
