Licensed Conveyancer/Paralegal

About the role

The role will involve helping manage property purchase and sale files from start to settlement as a Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Paralegal.

Key responsibilities

• Managing purchase and sale matters

• Preparing and reviewing contracts

• Speaking with clients, agents, brokers, banks and other conveyancers

• Ordering and reviewing property searches

• Preparing settlement figures and adjustments

• Preparing and managing PEXA workspaces

• Completing Revenue NSW and stamp duty requirements

• Following up documents and outstanding matters

• Keeping clients updated throughout their matter

• Making sure important dates and deadlines are met

About you

• Experience in residential conveyancing

• Good communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Good organisation and time management

• Ability to manage multiple files at the same time

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Friendly and professional manner

• Licensed Conveyancers should hold a current NSW Conveyancer Licence

• Experience with PEXA and conveyancing software is preferred
