Role Description The IT Support Analyst (part-time, remote) will provide technical assistance to internal teams and remote plant locations, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving user issues, managing support tickets, and escalating complex problems to senior IT staff when needed. The role involves monitoring system performance, performing routine checks, and supporting implementation of new tools or updates in coordination with operations and management. The IT Support Analyst will document solutions, maintain knowledge bases, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders to minimize downtime and improve productivity.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for resolving hardware, software, and network issues.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to diagnose problems, interpret logs, and identify root causes efficiently.Candidates should possess a good foundation in Information Technology, including operating systems, basic networking, and common business applications.Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to support remote users and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Relevant diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems, remote support tools, and basic cybersecurity practices is beneficial.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time hours effectively, and respond promptly to support requests.Familiarity with manufacturing or FMCG environments and regional languages of Rajasthan/Haryana is an added advantage.
