About the opportunity

Amara Advisory is recruiting on behalf of TCML Electrical Contractors, a majority Indigenous-owned contractor delivering electrical, civil and specialist workforce solutions across Australia’s mining, energy, infrastructure and rail sectors.

Due to continued growth and upcoming project requirements, TCML Electrical Contractors is seeking experienced Pipe Fitters for project opportunities in Western Australia.

We are looking for experienced, safety-focused tradespeople who have worked within mining, oil & gas, energy, resources or major construction environments and are looking to join a growing project workforce.

To be successful in this role you will require

• Australian recognised Mechanical Fitter / Pipe Fitter trade qualification or relevant trade certification

• Demonstrated pipe fitting experience

• Mining, oil & gas, energy, resources or major construction experience

• Strong commitment to safety and quality

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and associated documentation

• Ability to work effectively within a team

• Well-developed communication skills

• Construction White Card

• Working at Heights

• Current Australian driver’s licence

• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

• Full Australian working rights

Highly desired but not essential

• Rigging and/or Dogging tickets

• Telehandler ticket

• Confined Space Entry

• Gas Test Atmospheres

• First Attack Firefighting

• High Risk Work Licence

• Previous FIFO/project construction experience
