Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with senior chefs to prepare & execute a wide range of dishes, adhering to established recipes & techniques

• Assist in creating & refining menu items, offering input & creativity in presenting appealing & innovative dishes

• Maintain a well organised & clean work station, ensuring proper storage & handling of ingredients

• Collaborate with team members for timely execution of orders & a seamless kitchen operation

• Assist in inventory management, monitoring stock levels & communicating supply needs to senior chefs

• Adhere to health & safety regulations, maintaining a safe & clean working environment

• Collaborate with colleges to ensure a seamless coordination during service

• Embrace opportunity for growth & learning, taking direction from experienced team members

• Participate in routine cleaning tasks & assist with maintaining equipment

• Uphold a high level of attention to detail with a motivated attitude
