Salary: $35 - $40 per hour + Overtime + Paid Interstate Travel + Regular Night Shift

Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, solving problems, and building quality projects?

Integrated Equipment Services (IES) is looking for an experienced Project Technician / Handyman to join our growing Projects Division.

This isn't your typical maintenance role. You'll work on commercial projects across Australia, constructing cool room panel walls, building panel shop infrastructure, completing commercial fit-outs, and assisting with a wide range of building and facility improvement projects.

• Constructing cool room and insulated panel wall systems

• Building panel shop infrastructure and workshop fit-outs

• Installing partition walls, doors and general building components

• Assisting with commercial refurbishment and make-good projects

• General handyman, carpentry and construction tasks

• Operating power and hand tools safely

• Working alongside electricians, plumbers, painters and other trades

• Regular interstate travel to complete commercial projects

• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

• Experience in construction, carpentry, maintenance or handyman work

• Confidence using a wide range of power tools

• Ability to work from plans and follow instructions

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

• Current Australian Driver's Licence

• Construction White Card (Essential)

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• A positive attitude and willingness to travel

Highly regarded but not essential:

• Carpentry experience

• Forklift Licence

• EWP Ticket

• Working at Heights

• First Aid Certificate

This role includes regular interstate travel throughout Australia.

Applicants must be able to travel with approximately one week's notice when projects require.

All flights, accommodation, meals (where applicable) and travel expenses are paid by the company.

• 10-hour shifts

• Regular overtime

• Weekend work may be required during project delivery

• Penalty rates paid where applicable

• $35-$40 per hour (depending on experience)
