The organisation is focused on modernising critical clearing and risk management capabilities while delivering regulatory and operational excellence.The RoleAn exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a Markets Transformation team supporting the evolution of OTC derivative clearing platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams and external partners to define requirements, analyse processes and deliver business outcomes across key transformation streams.ResponsibilitiesLead discovery activities and analyse current-state clearing and risk management processesFacilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to gather and validate requirementsPerform gap analysis between current and future-state operating modelsTranslate business needs into high-quality user stories and functional specificationsSupport backlog refinement, prioritisation and agile delivery activitiesPartner with product owners and development teams to deliver business outcomesCreate clear acceptance criteria and support testing activitiesParticipate in integration testing, UAT and post-implementation supportPresent requirements and solution recommendations to technical and business stakeholdersWhat Our Client RequiresEssential Experience5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within Capital MarketsStrong knowledge of derivatives products and post-trade/back-office processesExpertise across interest rate derivatives and fixed income productsProven requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management skillsStrong experience translating business requirements into functional specificationsExperience working within Agile delivery environmentsDemonstrated capability in user story creation, backlog refinement and UAT supportExcellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesHighly RegardedExperience within clearing houses, central banks or post-trade environmentsKnowledge of digital banking or enterprise financial services platformsExposure to databases, Java, XML and application log analysisCFA, FRM or recognised Business Analysis certificationsTechno-functional experience within capital markets platformsHow to Apply:Talented, committed, can-do individuals have always been the cornerstone of this dynamic organization.
