Work-Life Balance That Works:

• The role can be either a Part-time or Full-time position. Part-time 4-day work week (34 hours) or Full-time 4.5-day work week (38 hours) with a structured schedule.
• 20-minute paid rest breaks and 30-minute lunch breaks daily, so you don’t have to choose between eating and catching up on notes.
• We’re serious about avoiding burnout—no endless overtime or unrealistic caseloads.

What We Expect From You

We’re looking for a vet who is ready to step up, take ownership, and bring real value to the team. That means:

• You have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience and feel confident managing your own cases. New Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• You’re eager to develop your surgical or medical skills and take advantage of learning opportunities.
• You can clearly communicate with clients and guide them toward the best treatment decisions.
• You see yourself as part of a bigger picture—you care about patient outcomes, client relationships, and team dynamics.
