About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Field Service Mechanic / Diesel Fitter to join our SA team.

This role is primarily field based across Adelaide and surrounding areas, supporting customers on-site with servicing, repairs and breakdown support for a range of mobile plant and materials processing equipment, and occasional workshop-based tasks.

If you prefer being out in the field rather than tied to a workshop, this role offers excellent variety and independence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing mobile plant and materials processing equipment

• Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults

• Carrying out component rebuilds and major change-outs

• Completing pre-delivery inspections and commissioning new machines

• Attending breakdowns and scheduled service work across Adelaide customer sites

What You'll Bring

• Trade qualification – Cert III Engineering (Mechanical), Diesel/Plant Mechanic, or equivalent

• Experience with heavy mobile plant, crushing/screening equipment, or similar

• Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a workshop team

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability

• 3–5+ years’ experience with mobile plant or related equipment
