About The Role
Coppin Centre is seeking dedicated and empathetic Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our residential aged care team in Melbourne. We are currently recruiting for afternoon shifts, with consistent parttime opportunities available for the right candidates.
As a PCA, you will play a central role in supporting residents’ comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. You’ll work within a collaborative, supportive team to deliver highquality personal and clinical care tailored to each resident’s individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
Personal care support — Provide daily living assistance aligned with resident care plansMobility and hygiene assistance — Support residents with movement, meals, personal hygiene, and activitiesRelationship building — Build warm, respectful connections with residents, families, and colleaguesSafety and infection control — Maintain a safe, clean environment by following established proceduresAccurate documentation — Complete timely and precise care recordsTeam collaboration — Work effectively within a multidisciplinary care team
What You’ll Bring
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalentExperience in aged care or health services (preferred)A compassionate, patient, residentfocused approachStrong communication and teamwork skillsUnderstanding of personcentred care and dignity of riskAvailability for afternoon shifts, including weekends
