IT Support Specialist

Doltone Hospitality Group is growing and we are looking for a recent IT graduate to join our hard working and friendly IT team located in our Pyrmont head office. In this newly created position, you will have the opportunity to turn your university knowledge into hands-on experience.

Your Main Responsibilities

Network Support: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, DHCP, routing and switching environments.Cloud & Identity: Support Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including user accounts, access, authentication, and core services.Systems Support: Maintain cloud, hybrid, endpoint, and POS systems to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.Cybersecurity: Support endpoint protection, Intune, Defender, patching, conditional access, and security policies.Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve IT, network, and infrastructure issues with minimal disruption.Documentation & Projects: Maintain technical documentation and assist with IT upgrades, migrations, and modernisation projects.

What we are looking for!

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field is essential.An in depth understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing and switching.Exposure to Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows, macOS, mobile devices and POS systems.A proactive, adaptable team player who is eager to learn, take on new challenges and communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Relevant certifications in Cisco CCNA, ITIL Foundation or Microsoft (AZ-900, AZ 104 or MS-900) is an advantage
