About The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Mechanical Maintainer to join the Narrabri CHPP maintenance team.

What You’ll Do

Undertake mechanical maintenance activities on shift as neededWork collaboratively with your crew members, assisting where required and be a positive influence in high performance behaviour in the workplaceSupport site HSEC policy and procedures, following safe work procedures as set out for the work processInspection of the work area and plant for hazards, damage and defectsContribute to improvement projects around the CHPP

What You’ll Bring

The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications, experience and qualities:

Mechanical trade certification, boilermaker also advantageousWorking at heights / Confined Space / Gas Testing Experience of process plant and equipment, including Conveyors & Crushers Pumps Reclaim Tunnels and Valves Vibrating Screens and Feeders Bulldozers, Loader and Bobcat
