Professional Services Consultant

Job Description
The successful candidate will work directly with business and technical users to support, configure and customize Quantifi’s advanced financial software products. The position is within our Professional Services team and requires working directly with clients, making communication and interpersonal skills essential. Responsibilities: Communicate with clients and assist with their use of Quantifi’s models Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex issues for end users Train end users on the configuration and features of Quantifi products Configure and test software to meet client requirements Develop client-specific enhancements, including data interfaces, workflows and custom features Work closely with Quantifi’s sales and product development teams Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients
Skills and Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative/technical discipline 0–2 years of professional experience, including internships or relevant project experience Experience with a programming/scripting language, such as C#, C++, Python or Perl Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong interest in technology, financial markets and solving client problems
Nice to have: Knowledge of relational databases and SQL Experience with software implementation, consulting or client-facing projects Experience with testing, data integration or enterprise software
