About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced night duty Registered Nurse to join our Aged Care Facility in Crows Nest, Queensland on a permanent part-time basis.

In this role, you will deliver safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care while providing clinical guidance and support to care staff. You will play a key role in maintaining clinical standards and contributing to a positive and respectful team environment.

Key Responsibilities Include

Medication administration and clinical documentationConducting baseline and focused clinical assessmentsReviewing and updating care plansWound care managementSupporting and leading care staff on shiftLiaising with residents, families and staffEnsuring compliance with aged care standards and policies

About You

Essential

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseMinimum of 12 months' experience working in aged careSkilled in medication management, wound care, resident assessments and updating care plansCurrent First Aid, CPR Certificate, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Able to work PM shiftsHold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not offering sponsorship at this moment.
