This is a pivotal role where your ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate complex activities, and exercise sound judgement will directly contribute to organisational success.No two days are the same. Our people are passionate about making a meaningful difference to the communities we serve.About the RoleAs the Executive Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering high-level executive and administrative support to the General Manager and Local Chair.You will act as a trusted advisor and coordination point, ensuring executive priorities are managed effectively and business operations run smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and competing priorities on behalf of the General Manager and Local Chair.Coordinate and support board meetings, executive forums and governance activities, including agenda preparation, minute taking and action tracking.Prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, briefing notes, presentations and other executive documentation.Assess, prioritise and respond to executive requests while exercising sound judgement and discretion.Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act as a professional first point of contact.Maintain confidential records and information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.Coordinate workflows and administrative processes to ensure timely delivery of business outcomes.Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and ways of working.
About YouYou are a highly organised professional who can anticipate needs, solve problems and maintain composure in a dynamic environment.You will bring:Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives in a complex organisation.Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong written communication skills, including experience preparing executive correspondence, reports and presentations.Experience supporting meetings, committees or governance functions, including agenda preparation and minute taking.Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence working with business systems and records management processes.
