About the Role: Disability Support Practitioner
At Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA), our Disability Support Practitioners do more than provide support—they enhance lives.
In this role, you’ll empower young people with disabilities to live more independently, achieve their goals, and thrive. You’ll be a trusted mentor, supporter, and advocate—helping our clients build confidence, skills, and a sense of belonging.
About the Clients:
You will support clients living with a range of disabilities, including Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Down syndrome, intellectual disabilities, and physical disabilities. Some clients may also present with complex needs and behaviours of concern.
About the Lifestyles Youth Program
Working with clients aged 9–30, you’ll be part of our dynamic Youth Program—where no two days are the same.
You’ll support young people through:
