We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused People & Culture Manager to lead HR initiatives across a corporate and franchise network.

Reporting to the General Manager - People you will partner with franchisees and operational leaders to drive culture, workforce compliance, employee engagement, recruitment, and performance outcomes.

• Lead People & Culture initiatives that support business growth.

• Coach leaders on people management, performance, and employee relations.

• Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act, NES, and relevant Modern Awards.

• Manage investigations, performance management, and workplace issues.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.

• Monitor HR metrics, reporting, and workforce compliance.

• Experience in HR, People & Culture, or Employee Relations.

• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and Modern Awards.

• Proven experience managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations.

• Experience in hospitality, QSR, retail, franchise, or multi-site environments highly regarded.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with HRIS and workforce management systems.
