Working alongside with #1 Agent Australia Principal and our leading sales agents, you'll play an integral role in delivering exceptional outcomes for clients while developing your own career within a collaborative, high-performance environment. As an Associate Agent, you'll support every stage of the sales process, from prospecting and campaign coordination through to buyer management, negotiations, and settlement. You'll gain hands-on experience while working closely with experienced professionals who are committed to helping you succeed.

• Support senior sales agents in managing residential property campaigns from listing through to settlement.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and prospective clients through exceptional communication and service.

• Conduct property appraisals, market research, and competitor analysis to support pricing and campaign strategies.

• Coordinate and attend open homes, private inspections, auctions, and buyer appointments.

• Proactively prospect for new business opportunities and maintain an active client database.

• Assist with campaign administration, marketing coordination, and ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the sales journey.

• Deliver professional follow-up with buyers and vendors to maximise opportunities and achieve outstanding results.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about residential real estate and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.

• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve outstanding results.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Holds a current Australian Driver's Licence and has access to a reliable vehicle.

• Previous real estate sales or Associate Agent experience is highly regarded but not complusary
