Compounding Technician

As a key member of the pharmacy, you will be responsible for preparing a wide range of sterile and non-sterile compounded medications. This is a hands-on role where your precision and attention to detail will directly contribute to patient health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense both sterile and non-sterile compounded products in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate compounding records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory of compounding ingredients and equipment, including ordering and stock rotation.
• Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other team members to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Ensure the compounding lab and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and properly calibrated.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Compounding Technician, with a strong understanding of both sterile and non-sterile compounding techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A relevant pharmacy or compounding qualification is highly desirable.
