Regional Operations Manager

AMC Commercial Cleaning is currently recruiting a Regional Operations Manager to join our team in Brisbane. Responsible for managing day-to-day operations, the Regional Operations Manager will serve as the primary escalation point for any issues within the branch. The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing on-site operations and managing relationships with both Operatives and Key Clients. This includes ensuring that service, quality, productivity, and safety standards meet company expectations and client satisfaction.

Additionally, they will oversee the retention of their portfolio and manage cleaning personnel, ensuring all service, quality, productivity, and safety targets are met according to company standards and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular cleaning audits and walkthrough inspections with premium clients.

• Establish and maintain a robust system of communication and customer service between internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage and promptly respond to feedback, concerns, and complaints.

• Report and log all administration paperwork and communication promptly through the internal CRM.

• Keep all team members up to date on relevant operational matters.

Experience Required:

• Strong people management skills.

• Previous experience as a State Operations Manager or in a similar role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Solid time management skills.

• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to problem-solve and identify issues.

• Experience with staff recruitment and direct labour.
