Physio Professionals is seeking an experienced and confident Physiotherapist to join our established private practice team, working 25–30 hours per week across 3–4 weekdays.

This role is ideally structured as two days in Caloundra and two days in Buderim, offering variety, consistency, and a great work–life balance on the Sunshine Coast.

About the Role

You will work with a loyal and diverse patient base in modern, well-equipped clinics with strong administrative support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions

• Developing and delivering tailored, evidence-based treatment plans

• Hands-on physiotherapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programs

• Small group rehab or exercise sessions where appropriate

• Collaborating with experienced clinicians to optimise patient outcomes

• Maintaining clear, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation

About You

We’re looking for a physiotherapist who is confident in private practice and values high standards of care.

You will have:

• Current AHPRA registration and full working rights in Australia

• A Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)

• Solid private practice experience and strong clinical reasoning skills

• Confidence managing your own caseload

• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills

• A professional, patient-focused approach to care
