CCMS Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional with a passion for completions management. You will be based within the Perth CBD, working on a variety of projects within the Energy and Resources sector supporting major Owner Operators. The role involves execution and continuous improvement of Project Completions processes and procedures within a dynamic, growth orientated organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Execution and continuous improvement of Project Completions processes and procedures

• Support, streamline and improve work processes

• Provide coordination, support, governance and validation for EPCM/EPC and Contractor execution deliverables, including Inspection test record (ITR), certification and punch list management

• Provide coordination, support, governance and validation for EPCM/EPC and Contractor imports

• Ensure data integrity is maintained throughout the project via Management of Change (MOC) processes and ensure all CCMS population requirements are understood by contractors and subcontractors

• Assist with building of Project Systemisation, importing of Tags, ITR & Certificate Assignment within CCMS

• Monitor and execute the project Completions Management System (CCMS) including performing change management via MOC process

• Assist with tracking and reporting status of handover packages to the project controls, construction, commissioning, and quality teams

• Train and support contractors and stakeholders on CCMS usage and functionality

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CCMS, performing regular audits and quality checks

About you

• Trade and / or Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related discipline is preferred

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a CCMS Administrator

• Experienced in projects and the commissioning process

• Technical proficiency across a range of project disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, civil, process and maintenance

• In-depth knowledge of CCMS Completions Management Systems and/or databases with specific experience using Smart Completions preferred

• Sound computer and software skills and proficient with Microsoft suite and the use of digital services (IOS / android tablets)

• Sound understanding of the principles and governance in commissioning

• A self-starter / pioneer who thrives on taking responsibility, driving time focused business outcomes, whilst having the ability and confidence to work under minimal supervision

• Flexible approach to work along with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and respond to changing business requirements in a positive manner, and with excellent time management skills

• Professional verbal and written communication skills
