As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play a key role in helping people achieve meaningful recovery and improved quality of life. From providing therapeutic support to working with a multidisciplinary team, you'll help deliver care that empowers individuals to reach their goals and participate more fully in everyday life.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

• Delivering evidence-based occupational therapy interventions that support recovery, independence and wellbeing.
• Partnering with consumers, carers and multidisciplinary colleagues to achieve positive, sustainable outcomes.
• Applying clinical reasoning to assess needs, develop tailored strategies and support people through complex challenges.
• Contributing to service improvement, mentoring and learning initiatives that strengthen team performance.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

• Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality occupational therapy services in a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary environments.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while contributing to quality improvement and professional development.

You'll stand out if you have:

• Experience within mental health services or recovery-focused models of care.
• Experience supporting students, junior clinicians or service improvement initiatives.
