Soccajoeys Springvale is looking for energetic, reliable and enthusiastic coaches to deliver fun soccer programs for children aged 3–11 years.

This role is ideal for soccer players, university/TAFE students, aspiring teachers, sports students and anyone who genuinely enjoys working with children.

Coaching experience is NOT essential – full training is provided.

About the Role

As a Soccajoeys coach, you will:

• Deliver fun and structured soccer activities for children
• Encourage and motivate children of different abilities
• Help children develop soccer skills, confidence, coordination and teamwork
• Create a positive, energetic and safe environment
• Represent Soccajoeys professionally when communicating with children and parents

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to be a professional soccer coach.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Energetic, friendly and confident
• Patient and great with young children
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable leading and communicating with groups
• Passionate about soccer, sport or children's development
• Able to commit consistently to regular weekly sessions

• People with previous coaching or children's activity experience

Requirements

You must:

• Have your own reliable car and valid driver's licence
• Hold or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check
• Be able to travel to locations across Springvale South, Aspendale, Noble Park North and Keysborough
• Be available for one or more of our regular coaching periods

Current opportunities include:

• Saturday mornings
• Sunday mornings

Locations may include Springvale South, Keysborough, Noble Park North and Aspendale, depending on availability.

Experience

Previous coaching experience is an advantage, but not essential.

We're more interested in finding someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, confident and genuinely great with kids.

Full Soccajoeys training and session guidance will be provided.
