As a Scrub Scout Nurse, you will:
•    Deliver safe, evidence-based perioperative nursing care
•    Scrub and scout across a variety of surgical specialties
•    Collaborate closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and theatre teams
•    Participate in advanced robotic-assisted surgical procedures
•    Maintain the highest standards of patient safety and clinical practice
•    Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence

You'll bring:
•    Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
•    Previous Scrub Scout experience in an acute perioperative environment
•    Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
•    Excellent communication and teamwork skills
•    A commitment to delivering outstanding patient-centred care

Experience in robotic surgery is advantageous but not essential. We value enthusiasm, adaptability and a willingness to learn.
