Parts Interpreter

Sci-Fleet Toyota, Australia's largest Toyota Dealer, we currently have an opportunity available for a Parts Interpreter, as we are seeking the talents of motivated, energetic team player, customer service orientated, results driven person to join our Parts Team at Eagle Farm warehouse. 

Working closely with the Parts Team and reporting directly to the Parts Manager, You will be responsible for:

• Identifying parts and components

• Consulting catalogues

• Carrying out storage and stock control procedures

• Materials handling

• Guest advice

• Receiving and filling orders for parts

• Invoice preparation

• Organising dispatch

As our ideal candidate you will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Well-developed administrative experience in a service and/or customer relations role

• Strong attention to detail and be able to work under pressure

• Outstanding customer service skills whilst being courteous and reliable

• Have excellent organisational and time management skills

• Intermediate PC skills

• Be able to work autonomously

• Sound mechanical knowledge

• Sound knowledge of TUNE System and TAIPAN

• Toyota Experience will be highly regarded

• Qualifications as a Parts Interpreter (Certificate III in Automotive Sales - Parts Interpretation) - would be highly desirable

• Hold a current and valid manual driver's license (Queensland)

• Must work in line with Sci-Fleet’s Values and Supporting Behaviour
