We are seeking a disciplined and passionate Sous chef to join the kitchen of our brand-new luxury brasserie, perfectly situated within the prestigious Luxury Precinct of Chatswood Chase.

As the sister restaurant to the acclaimed 2-Hat restaurant, Allta, this new venue will carry forward the same DNA of culinary excellence and sophisticated hospitality. Under the leadership of Executive Chef Jung Su Chang, we are looking for a professional who can maintain the highest standards of a 2-Hat pedigree in a vibrant, high-end brasserie environment.

1. Key Responsibilities

Quality & Consistency: Ensuring every plate meets the rigorous standards of Allta's sister restaurant through technical precision and consistent execution.

Proactive Attitude: Taking ownership of the kitchen with a solution-oriented mindset, especially during the crucial opening phase.

2. Mandatory Requirements

Australian work rights are required for this position.

3. Remuneration & Benefits

Salary: start $73,000 to $85,000 per annum (Negotiable based on experience).

Additional: Superannuation + Staff Tips (Gratuities) provided separately.
