We're looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Team Members (Picker/Packers) to join our busy Laverton Distribution Centre.

As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our permanent workforce and seeking team members who are committed to building a long-term career in warehousing and logistics.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering stability, training, and the chance to work within a safe and supportive team environment.

About The Role

Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

Picking and packing customer ordersRF scanning and inventory processingPallet wrapping and dispatch preparationLoading and unloading stockGeneral warehouse housekeepingFollowing safety and quality proceduresWorking collaboratively to meet daily productivity targets

What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse, pick packing or distribution centre experience preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailReliable attendance and positive attitudeCommitment to workplace safetyAbility to perform manual handling tasksFlexibility to work across rostered shifts

Preferred Availability

We are particularly interested in candidates available to work:

Thursday to Monday rosters including weekend shifts

(Flexibility across shift patterns will be highly regarded).
