Plumber

We're looking for an experienced sales plumber who can diagnose a fault, quote it accurately and get the job approved on site.

Monday to Friday, with no mandatory on-call roster. After-hours and Saturday work is available if you want to lift your earnings, but that's your call, not ours. Commission is paid monthly and it isn't capped.

We're 100% residential maintenance. No new builds, no site work, no waiting on other trades before you can get started.

We also quote a fixed price before any work begins. The customer sees the number and approves it before you pick up a tool. No surprise invoices, no disputes at the end of the job, no chasing payment.

• $45 to $55 per hour + 12% super, based on experience

• Monthly commission, uncapped. Starts at 3% and increases as your numbers grow

• $135,000 to $175,000 realistic OTE. Top performers earn above $200,000

The structure is simple. The more you sell, the higher your percentage goes, and there's no ceiling on it.

• NSW plumbing preferred but not required, minimum of Cert III completed.

• Minimum 2 years experience of maintenance plumbing

• Residential maintenance background with proven sales experience. You've quoted in front of a customer and closed the work

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

• Confident, professional communication with homeowners

• Current driver's licence

• Your own hand tools and power tools

• Australian work rights
