We're seeking reliable Pickers / Process Workers to join their growing operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with warehouse, process work, or production experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and are looking for ongoing casual employment with weekly rosters

Role Overview

• Monday to Friday roster per week
• Hours are 6.15am to 2.15pm
• Ongoing casual work, although full-time hours are not guaranteed
• Weekly rosters issued based on production requirements.
• Supportive team environment with on-the-job training.

Duties

Working as part of the processing team, your duties may include:

• Reworking products outside the clean room, including:

• Sleeving
• Folding
• Packing and unpacking
• Labelling
• Repackaging
• Boxing
• Palletising

• Picking and preparing products for dispatch.
• Conducting quality checks.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures.

PPE & Site Requirements

Although this role is outside the clean room, similar presentation standards apply:

• No makeup.
• No false eyelashes.
• All existing grooming requirements remain in place.
• High-visibility clothing is required.
• Steel cap boots are not required - enclosed joggers are acceptable.
