Service Advisor

McInerney Ford are looking for a well-presented, professional individual to join their team as a Service Advisor. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.

The following requirements are essential for this role:

• Previous Service Advisor Experience in a High Volume Dealership Environment is preferred but not essential.

• Mechanical knowledge

• Excellent customer service.

• experience with  Titan DMS (preferred but not essential).

• current manual drivers licence.

• Current police clearance.

• The ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

• Strong listening & problem solving skills.

• Excellent organisation and time management skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to work autonomously or in a team environment.

You will be responsible for the following:

• meeting and greeting customers.

• booking in customers and quoting on service work.

• answering customer enquiries via email, telephone, and face to face.

• managing and maintaining customer relationships.

• ensuring all customers’ needs are attended to.

• up selling additional work as required.

• meeting departments sales targets.

• invoicing completed jobs.
