About the Role 

As part of our growth strategy, we’re looking for a multiple Architects and Project Lead to lead the concept, schematic, and design development phases of projects, ensuring client briefs are executed to the highest standard. This is a pivotal role that requires strategic design expertise, team leadership, and an eye for innovative architectural solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and interpret design concepts that align with PBD’s vision and client objectives 

• Create innovative, thoughtful designs that fulfill client briefs and exceed expectations 

• Prepare professional, high-quality presentations for clients and stakeholders 

• Collaborate effectively with project leaders, clients, and consultants to ensure project success 

• Stay current with design trends to inspire high-caliber and sophisticated work 

• Act as a role model and mentor within the team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment 

About You 

• To thrive in this role, you’ll bring: 

• 6+ years of post graduate local architectural experience, particularly in multi-residential or high-end residential projects 

• Ideally Australian registration as an Architect

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD or Revit. Other design software, including SketchUp, and Photoshop 

• Creative and strategic design thinking grounded in practical experience 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent team management abilities 

• Practical problem‑solver with a results‑driven mindset and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
