PROPERTY MANAGER

We are seeking a Property Manager for our offices at Essendon, Keilor East, and Gladstone Park.

Real Estate experience is an advantage but not essential, as the successful applicant will be supported with ongoing internal and external training from experienced professionals within the highly regarded Barry Plant Group.

Requirements for the position include good communication skills, professional presentation, a willingness to learn, a positive and proactive attitude, the ability to work independently and within a team, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Applicants must hold a minimum of a current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, possess efficient computer skills, and have a well-maintained, reliable vehicle. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays as required from time to time.
