Pizzateca is looking for experienced pizza makers and kitchen staff to join our established team in McLaren Vale.

We are a busy destination restaurant in the heart of one of Australia’s great food and wine regions, with a strong reputation built around quality pizza, Italian food and hospitality.

We’re looking for people who take their craft seriously.

We use high-quality ingredients, quality equipment and proven processes, and we’re looking for experienced people who want to work in a professional, high-volume kitchen where standards matter.

Pizza Makers

We’d particularly like to hear from experienced pizza makers who are confident working in a busy service.

Experience with hand stretching, topping, oven management and high-volume production will be highly regarded.

You don’t need to know our exact way of doing things from day one. We can teach our systems. What we’re looking for is experience, speed, consistency, attention to detail and a genuine desire to produce great pizza.

Kitchen Staff

We’re also interested in experienced chefs, cooks and kitchen hands who want consistent work within a quality operation.

Weekend availability is essential.

We’re flexible around employment arrangements for the right people and are particularly interested in candidates looking for somewhere they can settle in, develop and grow with the business.
